Another common misconception is that warehouse flooring must be damaged or defective because of the low prices.
In our experience, that's simply not the case.
Many of the products in our warehouse came from jobs completed through our main showroom. Sometimes a customer orders a little extra material that isn't needed. Other times, flooring has already been cut before a project changes direction or is canceled. Those pieces don't have a place in our showroom inventory, so they're moved to our warehouse.
That means you'll often find flooring from the same premium brands we proudly sell every day, just at significantly reduced prices because of the quantity or circumstances, not because of the quality.
If the amount available fits your project, you can walk away with an incredible value.
Not long ago, a customer came into our showroom needing flooring immediately.
They were working against a tight deadline, planned to install everything themselves, and had a budget that left very little room for flexibility.
